Loeding is looking for a gameplay programmer to join our growing team! It is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, self-driven individual to join our talented small team on our quest to create Last Days of Snow.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director and Lead Designer to bring ideas and new gameplay features into the game
• Programming gameplay mechanics and content like player movement, animation, AI, user interface, and scripting
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
• Strong knowledge of C and/or C++ programming languages
• A team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently

• Passion for playing and developing exceptional games

Description:

Loeding is looking for an experienced Norway-based Project Manager/ Coordinator! This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the talented young indie team working on Last Days of Snow and consult them on all production and planning related matters for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and consult the development team with the preparation and delivery of executable schedules, staffing plans, budgets and pitches for public and private financiers
• Assist with developing and improving best practices in development, project management, and performance tracking

Key Requirements

• Professional experience with developing games for PC and consoles
• Understanding/ familiarity with agile development
• Understanding of the Norwegian public funding system
• Fluent in English

Pluses:

• Understanding/ familiarity of UE4
• Experience with shipping 1 or more games

Contract Type: Freelance Part-time / Consultancy
